Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), Russian Federation (RU-OGRN)

Description

The USRLE (Unified State Register of Legal Entities, EGRUL) is the federal register of legal entities of the Russian Federation, maintained by the Federal Tax Service (FTS). The companion register for sole proprietors is the EGRIP. The official search interface at egrul.nalog.ru is free and requires no registration: a search by OGRN, INN or company name returns a signed PDF extract. The FTS additionally publishes the full register as open data for bulk download.

Free and open, no registration or payment required. Search by OGRN, INN or name at https://egrul.nalog.ru/ returns an extract as a PDF signed with the FTS electronic signature. Bulk open data, including the full register and related datasets, is published at https://www.nalog.gov.ru/opendata/
