Viet Nam Tax Identification Number (TIN) (VN-TIN)
Description
The Tax Identification Number (TIN) is issued by the General Department of Taxation under the Ministry of Finance in Viet Nam. All legal entities, including companies, vocational colleges, NGOs, and other organisations with legal personality, are required to obtain a TIN. These numbers can therefore be reliably used as identifiers in open data publications. Identifiers are numeric, typically 10 digits, with 13 digits used for branches or dependent units.
How to use
The code for this list is VN-TIN.
When you have located the organization you wish to identify in this list, you should either:
Enter it in an identifier database field prefixed with VN-TIN.
