NGO Registration Number, Togo (TG-ONE)
Description
To register as a national NGO an organisation must be an apolitical, non-profit and non-commercial national association created to carry out an activity of general interest, solidarity or voluntary cooperation for development and have operated at least two years of activities on the national territory.
To register as an international or foreign NGO an organisation must carry out activities of general interest of a priority nature and falling within the competence of the Togolese government.
Organisations apply via an online procedure, which also outlines a comprehensive set of requirements for each NGO type.
