India Permanent Account Number (IN-PAN)
Description
PAN is a ten-character alpha-numeric identifier assigned automatically at the time of creation/incorporation to individuals and entities for tax purposes in India. PANs are administered by India's Income Tax Department. It is a permanent, stable identification number and does not change. Notably the fourth character is a letter denoting the legal structure of the holder.

The code for this list is IN-PAN.
When you have located the organization you wish to identify in this list, you should either:
Enter it in an identifier database field prefixed with IN-PAN.
