Georgian Revenue Service (GE-RS)

Description

The Revenue Service of Georgia (RS) operates under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Georgia.

All individuals and institutions with a relationship to the tax authority are issued with an identification number. Governmental organisations and individuals register directly with the Revenue Service of Georgia (RS). Entrepreneurs (Limited Companies, Joint Stock Companies, Co-operatives etc.) register with the Ministry of Justice/National Agency of Public Registry, but are immediately entered also into the Revenue Service register.
